Creating a redeem location

The first step is to set up a redeem location, you can set up a single location for a single business or multiple locations, if you are selling products which can be redeemed in multiple locations or across different brands. 

You can find this in the settings on the side bar, and then in the redeem location option. 

To add a redeem location press the blue create redeem location button in the top right. 

Pressing the create redeem location will bring up the redeem location editor. 

There a few options when creating a redeem location: 

Name: This is the name of the redeem location, this will be displayed to customers on the product page and display on the redeem terminal for employees. 

Address: This is the address of the location, where appropriate. This will be displayed to the customer and can include a google maps URL, when used this will offer directions to customers on the where to redeem selection of the product page. 

Tags : This is an optional field to create data points for external systems to pick up, like booking systems or accounting systems. 

Redeem locations can be seen by customers on individual product pages, where it will show the customer every redeem location available for that specific product.
